What I ordered
An Advanced Storage & Camping System for a Toyota 4Runner with sleeping-platform components and accessories. The April confirmation said the order was already in production and would be ready to ship in 5–6 weeks.
Promised 5–6 weeks. Delivered 157 days later.
I ordered a WheelsFeels 4Runner drawer and sleeping-platform system for a planned September trip. I shared the trip timing early, waited more than four months without delivery, cancelled, bought a different setup — and the cancelled order still showed up later.
This is not a competitor site and it is not an attempt to claim every buyer has the same experience. It is the documented experience of one 4Runner owner who planned a trip around the delivery timing WheelsFeels gave him.

A specific June shipment date passed. I was later told that date was incorrect and the order was moved to August. By mid-August I was still trying to get a firm answer. I cancelled on August 20, then sent a written do-not-ship notice on August 24. UPS did not receive the cartons until September 29.
The dates below come from retained order emails, Google Voice messages and UPS tracking records. Personal identifiers and tracking numbers are intentionally omitted from this public site.

WheelsFeels presented several ways to reach support. In my experience, using more channels did not produce meaningful answers.
I repeatedly encountered automated handling rather than a live answer when I needed a firm production or shipping update.
Google Voice records show automated acknowledgments that my voicemail was received, but I did not receive a substantive voicemail response.
The chat experience was repetitive and automated rather than a useful conversation about the order status.
Over months of waiting, I received only a small number of meaningful emails, including an apology for the “lack of communication.”
This does not prove what will happen to every future order. It does explain why I believe shoppers should ask hard questions about the actual queue before planning a trip around the advertised timing.
The issue is the gap between what was represented, the dates I was given, the lack of reliable updates, and shipment after I cancelled.
A formal pre-suit notice has been sent requesting a simple resolution: honor the cancellation, provide prepaid return shipping or merchant-paid pickup for the unopened cartons, and confirm that no additional merchandise will be shipped.
Several people responding elsewhere have described similar frustrations. This gives customers a simple way to share their own experience without creating an account. Nothing is published automatically.

I still think the idea of a purpose-built 4Runner drawer and sleeping platform is great. My lesson is that fulfillment and support should be part of the buying decision, especially when the setup is for a specific trip.
Ask for the current production queue in writing, ask whether the advertised number means production completion or actual carrier handoff, and save the checkout page showing the quoted time. If your trip has a hard date, tell them before ordering and keep the reply.
My trip ultimately went forward because I stopped waiting, cancelled, and bought a different setup. If the product is mission-critical for a specific departure date, build in enough time to pivot rather than assuming an advertised production window is guaranteed.
157 days from April 27 to October 1. I cancelled on August 20 after 115 days without delivery.
In my case, yes. I cancelled August 20 and explicitly said not to produce or ship on August 24. UPS first recorded possession of the cartons on September 29.
No. The delivered cartons remained unopened while I requested prepaid return arrangements. My goal is not to keep both the merchandise and the money.
No. This site documents my customer experience. It does not claim every buyer has the same result, and it does not claim the company is fake.
The point is the transaction, not my identity. Names, addresses, phone numbers, tracking numbers and financial-account information are intentionally omitted.
Honor the cancellation, provide prepaid return shipping or pickup for the unopened cartons, and resolve the purchase without making me pay to return an order shipped after cancellation.
Instead, I'm documenting a 157-day fulfillment experience, repeated attempts to get reliable information, a cancellation that did not stop shipment, and an unopened product I have been asking the merchant to take back. Read the dates, look at the screenshots, and make your own decision.
So I am dealing with the SAME issue. I ordered 6/23/26 and its now been 10 weeks. After 3 emails over the last 3 weeks, they finally responded with more than their canned response of we will check and get back to you. They told me now another 4-5 weeks, making it 14-15 weeks from when I purchased. Totally unacceptable.
It’s a scam. Ordered in April. Communication is terrible. Promises of shipment multiple times and then no communication. Finally disputes the charge and they never responded to that and I finally got my money back in September.
This is happening to me right now! I should have read the reviews more! What can I do I want my money back. Any way to get a hold of someone besides the main number they give? I’ve tried all forms of trying to contact to nothing! So far they have stolen my money as far as I’m concerned
Same experience here. Took my money and ran. ZERO communication. Over 14 weeks later and I can’t even get a response to my emails wondering where my order is? Put a claim through CC to get my money back because Wheels & Feels. Camping and car goods ️is obviously a scam.
